Members of the student PBIS team at Allard Elementary School have a special job of being hall monitors. 

The student leaders get to help the younger students stay safe, be kind, and own their actions while traveling independently in the hallway. Student team members get to hand out tiger tickets to students who exhibit positive behaviors.
